Live Recording of Stormy Weather by Wendy Phua

This live recording was taken off a video of a gig i did recently at Tonequest, a music clinic/solo performances held in Artshouse, Singapore. The song "Stormy Weather" is what I might term as a bass-tapping rock ballad that was inspired by the triumph of the human spirit over all odds. I particularly enjoy playing this song I wrote because of its clear melodic phrasing and melancholic yet uplifting end. Perhaps the most 'interesting' part about this song is that it features a sombre intro with the violin bow on the electric bass. enjoy!
